CHOP Cardiac Families Offer TLC to New Heart Moms

Bucks County Courier Times featured Lily Rowbotham, a heart patient at the Cardiac Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and her mom, Julia. The Rowbothams have been offering support to other families dealing with congenital heart defects through Mended Little Hearts. Julia and other moms educate and support new heart moms, advocate for them, and help them navigate the medical community.
