The NaturePHL program is a new collaboration with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), the Schuylkill Center, Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, and the U.S. Forest Service that will connect primary care pediatric health and wellness with nature and time spent being active outdoors.
The program, which will be piloted at CHOP Primary Care, Cobbs Creek and Roxborough locations beginning in August 2017, will allow clinicians to provide prescriptions for outdoor activity to patients.
