Robert Baldassano, MD, Director of the Center for Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), and several of his colleagues, recently participated in a feature about the PennCHOP Microbiome Program, a unique partnership between CHOP and Penn researchers that aims to better understand the human microbiome in order to design interventions to promote health and cure disease.
