Sea Garden Is Prepared for Winter

November 6, 2013 — The November Garden Workday was the last of 2013! With temperatures dropping, staff and patients readied the garden for the cold winter months. Bulbs were planted in the mobile planters and hanging pockets, which will pop up next spring as daffodils, muscari album (grape hyacinth) and scilla siberica. Our final job of the 2013 season? Wrapping the "carecrows" in warm winter scarves!
