Description

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Children’s National Hospital are studying daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and money management and their impact on quality of life for autistic individuals. This study is funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and is led by Ben Yerys, PhD and Lauren Kenworthy, PhD.

What to expect

  • Attend 3 in-person study visits, each visit is 12 months apart.
  • Each visit will take about 2-3 hours.
  • Participants and caregivers will complete questionnaires on attention, daily living skills, and mental health.
  • Participants will also be asked to complete a few short tasks.
