If your child has hemophilia or another inherited bleeding disorder, you will receive the highest level of care at our Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center (HTC) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). We also treat children with blood clots (thrombosis) or who are at increased risk for blood clots.

Your child’s team will include experts in blood disorders, genetics and more. We will help you understand your child’s disease and counsel your entire family on how to manage the condition. Your child will receive an individualized care plan and support at every level.

We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to answer any questions or to help if your child needs immediate attention.

How we serve you

To give your child the very best care, our doctors, nurses and other experts are grouped into specially trained treatment teams.
