CHOP It Up! Spring Family Cooking Workshop

Join us for FREE Cooking Workshop for you and your child!

The Division of Nephrology presents our Spring Family Cooking Workshop. Family pairs are invited to learn how to prepare kidney-friendly meals that are quick and easy or can be made-ahead. The morning session will involve hands-on cooking followed by lunch (eating what we prepared). In the afternoon, caregivers will break out for a separate group activity allowing time for caregivers to connect. Youth will participate in a separate food or art activity.

Participating youth must be a nephrology patient ages 8-17 and must be accompanied by an adult caregiver (ages 18 or up).

Limited to 8 families, RSVP today! Spots will be confirmed by staff after registration.
