Your Child's Bone Marrow Failure Appointment

Our physicians in the Pediatric Comprehensive Bone Marrow Failure Center at CHOP work with a team of nurses, fellows and social workers to provide a thorough, multidisciplinary evaluation and comprehensive care for your child with bone marrow failure.

We will meet with your child and family to review your child’s medical records and test results, discuss your child’s overall health, recommend any follow-up diagnostic evaluations, and outline potential treatment options.

After your child’s appointment, we will provide you and your child’s referring physician with a written summary of the visit, our findings and treatment recommendations. We will monitor your child as he begins treatment, continue to assess his response to treatment, and respond to any complications that arise.
