Cardiology 2016 — General Information

The conference will be held Wednesday, Feb. 24 through Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando. Registration will take place Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 25 from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The registration fee for the five-day conference is $950 for physicians and $595 for other healthcare professionals and physicians-in-training. The registration fee includes tuition, online presentations, daily continental breakfast, lunch and one ticket to the Blue Man Show.

This activity has been submitted to the PA State Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. The PA State Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

An application for CEU Category 1 hours will be submitted.

In the event of cancellation or postponement, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia will refund registration fees but is not responsible for any related costs or charges assessed by airlines and travel agencies. In order to process refunds for course withdrawals, cancellations must be received in writing by Monday, Feb. 1, 2016. Refunds will be issued for the amount of registration less a $75 service charge.

A block of rooms has been reserved at Loews Royal Pacific Resort. The group rate is $229 single or double occupancy plus a 12.5 percent room tax. Participants are required to make their own hotel reservations by calling the hotel directly at 866-360-7395.

For the reduced conference rate, mention the name of this conference when making your reservation. The conference rate covers Feb. 22 – Feb. 29, 2016, and will be available only until Monday, Feb. 1, 2016. Reservations made after Feb. 1 will be accepted based on space and rate availability.
